Don, I just want to thank you again for a wonderful job. My family seemed very pleased and happy and really had a good time. Everything looked lovely and tasted delicious as well. Alan, I did not want another week to get away from me without thanking you and your staff for the wonderful affair you treated our family to. We have received many compliments about the day and much of them have to do with you. They spoke of the waitstaff and how they took care of not only what they needed, but also what they wanted. I was impressed by how they moved about the room without a sound.

Every detail about the day was perfect. The hors d'oeuvres were tasty and plentiful and passed through the room nicely. The food on the tables were never empty. Many guests talked about how good the food was and were especially pleased with the dessert. I thank you for making the day perfect. I thank you for taking care of all the details, so I did not have to worry about anything that you were directly or indirectly responsible for. It is hard to believe this is my third and final Bar Mitzvah with you, and I really believe each one was better than the last.

Don, I just wanted to reiterate what I said on the telephone. Everything was just wonderful. The food, the service, the extras that you gave us without hiking up the bill. Your personal presence at the wedding was wonderful, particularly when we lost electricity and you just packed up the food, took it back to your office to warm it and then brought it back to serve the guests. I must say that the chicken was the best tasting I've ever had at a big affair, and the cake was really delicious.

There isn't one thing that wasn't done well and incredibly professionally.

I want you to feel free to use Donna and me as a reference any time anyone asks you for one. You'll always get an A+ endorsement from us and from everyone else that was there that evening.
